This is the chopper we'd tell a friend to grab before their next meal-prep session, and at $26.99 it's an easy call. Feed it onions, peppers, and celery in real batches and it earns its drawer space. Anyone using it four-plus times a week, though, should expect the hinge to loosen by next winter — and skip it for whole carrots unless you're willing to pre-cut them first.
Onions used to be the vegetable I saved for last — the one that made my eyes water and my knife skills look worse than they are. The Fullstar Pro Chopper turned that into a fifteen-second problem.
Week one, I ran a full batch of Sunday meal-prep onions and bell peppers through it.
